Kibaale National Park - 
The primate capital of the world
This mainly forested pack 795sqkm in the area is best known for its primate species kibale chimpanzee in Uganda and Africa as whole! But man’s closet relative is not all that  the park has to offer- youcan also see the uncommon  L’Hoest’s  monkey and  east Africa ‘s largest population of the threatned red colobus monkey other primate include the black and white colobus monkey , blue monkey ,grey cheeked magabey (Uganda magabey) red tiailed monkey , bushbaby and potto.
The nearbycommunity –run bogodi wetland sanctuary offers birders an impressive bird list of 335 species  The Uganda Mangabey (Lophocebus ugandae) is a species of Old World monkey found only in Uganda.
This crested mangabey was previously thought to be just a population of the grey-cheeked mangabey (L.albigena). Colin Groves upgraded the Ugandan population into the new species L.ugandanae on February 16, 2007. This species is dramatically smaller than the grey-cheeked mangabey, with a shorter skull and smaller face.
This 3 Days Uganda Safari tours will introduce you to chimpanzees Kibale National Park an experience where you’ll track Chimpanzees and other primates in the forest. Kibale National Park is located in west part of Uganda stretches to 795Sq.km at 326km2 from Kampala – the capital of Uganda.
The forest is blessed with great deal of biodiversity including the 70 mammal species, 351 tree species some of which are 200 years old and over 55m tall, 13 primate species including chimpanzee, Uganda Mangabey (Lophocebus ugandae), the L’Hoest’s Monkey, Ugandan Red Colobus (Procolobus tephrosceles) species, Black and White Colobus Monkey among other species, the 375 species of birds including the Kibale ground Thrush.
The Park is central to the interest of the conservationists and researchers and it houses the Makerere University Biological Field Station and has a well-established tourism center at Kanyanchu that handles its tourism activities. The Chimpanzee tracking experience introduces you to heritage tour to the Amabere g’ Nyinamwiru caves, an adventure hike to the Fort Portal Crater lakes and cycling in Mpanga Tea estates that will add you great safari memories.

Itinerary In Summary 
Day 1. Drive from Kampala to Kibale National Park:
Drive to Fort Portal, visit the Amabere G’ Nnyinamwiru caves, hiking Fort Portal Crater lakes and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park for overnight.
Day 2. Tracking Chimpanzees and other primates at Kibale National Park:
Day 3. Transfer from Kibale national park to Kampala.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1. Drive from Kampala to Kibale National Park:
Drive to Fort Portal, visit the Amabere G’ Nnyinamwiru caves, hiking Fort Portal Crater lakes and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park for overnight. Early in the morning after breakfast at your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe, you’ll embark on the road to Fort Portal Area 300km about 5 – 6 hours’ drive. A drive that will take you  through amazing scenic landscapes on smooth tarmac viewing the unique geographical features including the Mubende Inselbergs not forgetting the small towns en route like Mityana , Mgipi, Mubende and Kyenjojo. You will have a stopover in Fort Portal town for lunch there after you’ll proceed to Fort Portal Crater Lakes. On your arrival, you will be welcomed by the local guide of the place with deep understanding and history of the place. Tour the Amabere g’ Nnyinamwiru caves – the breast like features believed to have belonged to Nyinamwiru the daughter of Bukuku who was a self-enthroned King of the Bachwezi. She was denied the opportunity to breastfeed her baby Ndahura as the father had been alerted that the child will take over his throne, the milk continues to flow out of Nyinamwiru’s breasts. After this encounter, you’ll proceed with hiking the Fort Portal Crater Lake field where you traverse the challenging slopes of Kyeganywa hill surrounded by a range of crater lakes and crater hollows presenting one of the beautiful scenic sites in Uganda. At the top Kyeganywa hill you’ll have a clear view of mountain Rwenzori. Retreat from the activity and transfer to Kibale National Park 26km from Fort Portal town for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2. Tracking Chimpanzees and other primates at Kibale National Park:
Early in the morning after breakfast, our driver will transfer you to Kanyanchu Tourism Center to catch up with briefing at 6am and then head to the forest of Kibale on the Chimpanzee tracking and primates. This will be a magical day in the forest exploring other forest wonders including the historical trees that are 55m tall and over 200 years old and the myriad of birds including the Kibale ground thrush that is endemic. You retreat from the activity head back to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 3. Transfer from Kibale national park to Kampala.
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will embark on the road   to Kampala 326km about 7 hours’ drive. You will have cycling encounter experience in Mpanga tea estates in the morning. The green tea plantation is spread over a beautiful undulating landscape with endless scenic views which makes it ideal to encounter on your mountain bikes. On your cycling, you encounter the estate staff plucking tea and you are free to participate in the exercise to gain the exact touch. Retreat from the activity and continue on the drive to Kampala.
TOUR AND SAFARI TRANSPORT
STANDARD: 4X4 SAFARI VAN
Our standard mode of transport is by road and we use 4×4 Safari Vans customized for game viewing and photography. Each safari van comes with a professionally trained driver guide and fuel for the whole safari. Our Safari vans have viewing hatches and each client is entitled to a window seat. Our Vans can take up to eight people. We also have 4×4 Super Customs very comfortable and stable on the road. These carry up to 5 people with their luggage. We also have 4×4 RAV 4 for a group of two people
UPGRADE: 4X4 LUXURY SAFARI LANDCRUISER
We have luxury latest Land cruisers each driven by professionally trained driver guides and fuel. They have pop up roofs for proper game viewing and photography. They come with a small fridge for cooling your drinking water while on safari (which is always included while IN THE VEHICLE). They have inverters for charging small gadgets such as your smart phones and cameras. They can seat five to a maximum of seven people and each client is guaranteed of a window seat.
