Queen Elizabeth national Park is the most popular park in Uganda, evidenced by the number of tourists visiting each year. It is famous for its tree-climbing lions and blessed with an assortment of crater lakes, forest gorges, savannah plains, swamps, rivers and the beautiful kazinga channel-home to an abundance of wildlife. The park also has the highest number of bird species in Uganda, and can offer chimpanzee tracking in the forest of Kyabura Gorge.

Day 1: Drive to Queen Elizabeth national park & the Equator.

Early in the morning after breakfast, ultimate wild safaris guide will pick you from your accommodation in Kampala and embark on your journey to the famous Queen Elizabeth National park.The Park covers an area of about 1978 km2 and its position provides a magnificent view of the rift valley floor that occupies Lake Edward and George. The park has one of the highest bio diversity ratings of any national park in the world as its well known to be habitat of about 95mammals along with 612 species of birds. Note: On your way to Queen Elizabeth National Park, you stop at the equator in Mpigi. At this point, there are two cement circles marking the equator line and it is worth stopping if you are traveling to Masaka or Kampala for a photo moment.  Also watch a demonstration by local entrepreneur on how water swirls in opposite directions in the northern & southern hemispheres at the equator line, northern & southern hemispheres at the equator line.  Another reason that make equator worthwhile stop are the great shopping bargains. The point has got several craft shops and art galleries run by individuals and organizations. These craft stalls sell souvenirs and handmade products while some with marks talking about the Equator. It will not be inconveniencing if you bought a T-shirt with words ‘I crossed the Uganda Equator and there after you proceed with journey to Queen Elizabeth national park to lodge for an overnight.

Day 2; Morning Game drive & Afternoon boat on Kazinga Channel.
After an early breakfast, you go for a long morning game drive at 6.30 a.m. in time to catch up with the early risers and see the sun rise! In search for wildlife in the park like; Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Waterbuck, Leopard, Uganda Kob, Warthog and different bird species. After lunch, you will take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel. Here, you will be a shared a numbery of aquatic (more than you can possibly imagine!). You can expect to see: Buffalo, Crocodile, bathing Elephant, and a range of beautiful birds. This will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your tour. After the boat-safari you do a game drive back to the lodge.

Day 3: Drive back to Kampala.
After breakfast, you will drive back to Kampala with a stopover for en-route lunch. Your guide will take you to your accommodation in Kampala and call it end queen Elizabeth national park experience.
TOUR AND SAFARI TRANSPORT
STANDARD: 4X4 SAFARI VAN
Our standard mode of transport is by road and we use 4×4 Safari Vans customized for game viewing and photography. Each safari van comes with a professionally trained driver guide and fuel for the whole safari. Our Safari vans have viewing hatches and each client is entitled to a window seat. Our Vans can take up to eight people. We also have 4×4 Super Customs very comfortable and stable on the road. These carry up to 5 people with their luggage. We also have 4×4 RAV 4 for a group of two people
UPGRADE: 4X4 LUXURY SAFARI LANDCRUISER
We have luxury latest Land cruisers each driven by professionally trained driver guides and fuel. They have pop up roofs for proper game viewing and photography. They come with a small fridge for cooling your drinking water while on safari (which is always included while IN THE VEHICLE). They have inverters for charging small gadgets such as your smart phones and cameras. They can seat five to a maximum of seven people and each client is guaranteed of a window seat.
